Source and assess local and international vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely supply.
Manage day-to-day procurement operations including purchase orders, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, pricing, and supplier performance.
Resolve supplier issues, including delays, quality concerns, service problems, or invoice discrepancies.
Support vendor performance reviews and supplier evaluation processes in alignment with ISO standards.
Foster strong communication and collaboration with suppliers to ensure long-term reliability.
Work closely with internal departments to align procurement activities with production and project requirements.
Assist in executing sourcing strategies to improve efficiency, lead times, and cost control.
Conduct site visits to suppliers when necessary to strengthen relationships or resolve operational issues.
Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience; fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Mandarin proficiency is also an added advantage for business support in China.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and contract management.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Independent, proactive, and resourceful team player.
Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain coordination.
Adaptable and responsive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
