Job summary

MMIS Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Executive to support purchasing activities, process requisitions and PO's, source suppliers, and manage supplier records.

You will collaborate with vendors, ensure on-time delivery, analyze cost and quality, and prepare reports for management; the role requires 1-3 years' experience and a Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain or related to this field.
• Experience in procurement processes, supplier management and SAP/ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Honest, reliable, proactive, strong sense of responsibility for any urgency and positive attitude with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in compliance with company policies
