Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary education or diploma in procurement, supply chain management with F&B background.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement documentation.
• Good communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management and inventory control.
• Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain records of procurement activities and supplier communications.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist inventory management activities.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts for accuracy.
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Expedite orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve procurement issues.
• Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and their performance records.
• Support cost analysis and help identify opportunities for procurement savings.
