Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF functions)
• Experience in product-related administration, data entry, or merchandising support

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Register and update product information in the system (item name, code, price, specifications)
• Create and process purchase orders, follow up on delivery timelines, coordinate with suppliers
• Extract and manage sales and inventory data for performance analysis
• Maintain records of product prices, vendor details, and promotional offers
• Support planning and execution of campaigns by managing item data
• Prepare Excel reports such as inventory lists, sales reports, and product catalogs
• Coordinate with internal departments (stores, logistics, finance)
• Communicate with suppliers and brand representatives for timely updates
• Organize and manage product samples and related documents
• Provide general support to buyers (document prep, meeting arrangements)
