Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese fluency required for supplier and stakeholder communication.
• Educational background in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for cross-language coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in order specifications, quantities and delivery requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes and negotiate terms for goods and services.
• Maintain records of purchase transactions, invoices and delivery documentation.
• Track shipments and verify delivery against purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels and flag reorder requirements for inventory control.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Maintain vendor databases and evaluate performance records.
• Prepare procurement reports and documentation for management.
• Resolve discrepancies between orders, invoices and receipts.
