The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, track stock levels, and maintain filing and database records while assisting with invoicing verification to resolve discrepancies.

Responsabilités

• Create, verify, and process purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), and requisitions.
• Contact suppliers to request price quotations, negotiate basic terms, and follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Track stock levels, record inventory data, and assist with stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, update databases, and log shipping or receiving documents.
• Cross-reference vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts to resolve discrepancies.
