Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an Associate Director of Process Excellence Delivery to lead and contribute to enterprise process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify pain points, design future state processes, and support standardisation and digitisation efforts across the bank.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma and PE playbooks to deliver quality analyses, recommendations, and transformative outcomes for clients, colleagues and shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Process Excellence initiatives and design future state processes.
• Define and track process performance metrics (as‑is, future state).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable transformation and value delivery.
• Apply PE methodologies, templates and tools to projects.
