Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an Operational Excellence Change Lead to drive end-to-end process improvements and transformation across the bank. You will analyse processes, identify opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to implement practical, future-ready solutions.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder influence, and disciplined change management to deliver measurable business impact and sustainable delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Experience in process improvement and change management methodologies (PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile).
• Minimum 5 years in process improvement or change management in services/finance; consultancy is a plus.
• Experience with business process management and process design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate challenges into actions.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management; can influence at all levels.
• Strong project management and delivery skills; self-driven and able to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in operational excellence and plan group-wide targets.
• Lead cross-functional end-to-end process improvement projects improving CX and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and shape changes.
• Apply SIPOC, process mapping, and journey mapping to problem solve.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to assess current processes and target operating models.
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes and improvements.
• Assess benefits, costs, and risks; build business cases.
• Design and implement improved processes using technology and data.
• Develop business requirements and work with IT to implement enhancements.
• Maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Monitor performance and benefits realization; pursue continuous improvement.
• Support other ad-hoc transformation tasks.
