Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced leader to head enterprise-wide process transformation, deploying Process Excellence to improve client outcomes, operational efficiency and risk control. You will partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise opportunities and deliver roadmaps across CIB, WRB and Functions.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in project/programme management, strong Lean/Six Sigma background, and a proven ability to drive change in a global bank environment with a focus

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in project/programme/portfolio management across large transformations.
• Significant transformation experience across CIB, WRB and Functions with measurable benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Process Excellence methodologies (lean, six sigma, zero base design) and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process transformation using Process Excellence to drive efficiency, client and colleague experience.
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps with business and function leaders.
• Deploy Process Universe, Process Reviews, Process Mining and Delivery services.
• Drive redesign, optimisation, automation and simplification across strategic initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders to prioritise transformation outcomes and delivery plans.
• Manage governance, risks, dependencies, resources and budgets; monitor delivery performance.
• Build capability, coach talent and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to governance and methodologies while delivering measurable benefits.
