Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support the Bank's A3 CI capability, across data analysis, business analysis and platform enablement from Malaysia or Singapore. You will engage stakeholders, gather requirements and help deliver CI initiatives with a data-driven mindset.

The role emphasises analytical thinking, structured problem solving and collaboration to improve colleague experiences and drive adoption of CI practices across platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Communications, Product Management, Data Analytics, Change Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ proven experience as a business analyst within product, technology or digital transformation teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection, analysis and reporting of Continuous Improvement and A3 programme data.
• Identify trends, patterns and insights that help inform programme priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development of dashboards, reports and performance measures.
• Contribute analytical insights and recommendations to support decision making and continuous improvement activities.
• Support benefit tracking and value-realisation reporting where required.
