Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an Associate Director, Domain Architect – Process Tooling within the Group Transformation Office. The role leads enterprise tooling rollout, governance, and change management across multiple sites, including Malaysia and India.

You will coach communities, drive process tooling adoption, and ensure alignment with OE strategy and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Global Process Owners, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable tooling

Qualifications

• Business level English – written and spoken.
• 5+ years’ experience in partnering process tooling rollout across large complex environments.
• Experience in software design, development, testing & maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Strategize OE Process Management alignment with Bank’s OE goals.
• Support tooling rollout and community of practice across the bank.
• Coach and enable user communities; ensure content management and governance.
• Ensure tooling compliance, risk considerations and regulatory alignment.
• Contribute to metamodels, standards and service levels for enterprise tooling.
