Job summary

Our client is a US based multinational company specializing in Test Equipment and Industrial Automation Solutions. The role requires performing installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of semiconductor test equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include system installation, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting; escalating customer issues and owning resolution; building customer relationships and planning preventive actions

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics engineering, mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in working with customers in the semi-test area.
• Has a good working attitude and willingness to work.
• Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
• Having Semicon Equipment or ATE experience will be a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Mandarin proficiency to support Chinese market customers.
• Experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
