Job summary

TTUKoffer is seeking a Field Service Engineer for on-site assignments at customer locations in Malaysia (Kajang, Selangor & Penang). You will install, commission, test, and maintain high-precision semiconductor/PCB equipment while troubleshoooting issues and delivering technical training to customer engineers.

English and Chinese language skills are required, with travel to client sites. The role offers a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and opportunities to work with

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment installation, maintenance or field service in semiconductor/PCB/electronics industries.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation-related equipment.
• Working proficiency in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and test high-precision equipment at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for equipment issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure stable equipment performance.
• Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective solutions.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering teams.
• Deliver basic operational and maintenance training to customer engineers.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test high-precision equipment at customer sites

Ideal Profile

• Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Automation, or related field (strong experience may compensate)
  • Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or field service within semiconductor, PCB, or electronics manufacturing industries
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation-related equipment
  • Working proficiency in English and Chinese
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting semiconductor or PCB manufacturing equipment
  • Strong customer-facing communication and coordination skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel between customer sites
