Job summary

Career Wise in Malaysia seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service automated testing equipment. You will respond to customer inquiries, diagnose issues during mass production, and perform on-site maintenance.

You will train customers on operation and maintenance, travel as required, and collaborate with supervisors. Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in application, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated testing equipment.
• Willing to travel as required for equipment installation projects.
• Good communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment; promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues during mass production operations.
• Provide customers with training on equipment operation and maintenance during equipment delivery.
