Job summary

Our client is a US based multinational company specializing in Test Equipment and Industrial Automation Solutions. The role requires performing installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of semiconductor test equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include system installation, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting; escalating customer issues and owning resolution; building customer relationships and planning preventive actions

Qualifications

Degree in electronics engineering, mechatronics or related field.
Experience in working with customers in the semi-test area.
Has a good working attitude and willingness to work.
Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
Having Semicon Equipment or ATE experience will be a plus.
Fluency in Mandarin and English; Mandarin proficiency to support Chinese market customers.
Experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform system installation, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting.
Escalates customer production problems and takes ownership of the problem until it is resolved.
Develop a relationship with customers; Work with the customer actively on issue prevention.
Creates and implements a support plan for customers in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance teams with the objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
Execute with the various support teams to deliver on commitment to customers. This includes all technical resources engaged with the account.
