Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) seeks a production lead to ensure GMP compliance and implement SOPs for cleanroom glove production. You will review procedures, manage daily operations, and allocate manpower while maintaining product quality across production, packing, and shipment stages.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Enforce strict QA/QC policies to maintain product quality.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with departments to ensure timely glove supply and smooth production.

Support R&D for new products and establish technical specifications.

Schedule equipment maintenance and validate new processes and machinery.

Monitor production progress, avoid shortages/excesses, and ensure smooth packing operations.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards, GMP, and Malaysia’s regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to optimize processes and control quality in cleanroom manufacturing.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field. (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
