Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) seeks a production lead to ensure GMP compliance and implement SOPs for cleanroom glove production. You will review procedures, manage daily operations, and allocate manpower while maintaining product quality across production, packing, and shipment stages.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards and GMP in glove manufacturing.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and control quality in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP and implement SOPs in cleanroom glove production.
• Review and update procedures to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Manage daily production including planning, quality control, shipment, and manpower allocation.
• Train, assign, and manage staff to achieve department goals.
• Enforce QA/QC policies to maintain product quality.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely glove supply and smooth production.
• Support R&D for new products and establish technical specifications.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and validate new processes and machinery.
• Monitor production progress and ensure smooth packing operations.
