Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) is seeking a seasoned Production/Plant Leader for its Bidor, Perak glove manufacturing facility. The role focuses on driving production planning, lean improvements, and strong leadership to meet global quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee manufacturing operations, safety, budgeting, and supplier coordination while mentoring a diverse team. Experience in gloves or medical devices is preferred, with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration or related field.
Master’s degree or certifications in Lean Six Sigma or PMP are advantageous.
At least 10 years in manufacturing with minimum 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement production plans aligned with business objectives and customer demands.
Monitor production processes for efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Lead safety, maintenance, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage budget, labor costs, and collaboration with finance for cost savings.
Lead and develop engineers, supervisors, and production staff.
