• Currently pursuing a Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/Industrial/Manufacturing/Chemistry/Materials Engineering, Operations or related courses.
• Minimum 12 weeks internship period or longer.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
• Results oriented with strong follow up and good communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.

Responsibilities

• Review and improvise current testing method and quality control system for incoming, in process & finished product.
• Develop additional quality testing method and system to prevent defective gloves.
• Assist in providing technical knowledge and study machineries design and re-engineering projects.
• Carry out data analysis, troubleshoot, and propose improvements to lower production cost.
• Improve consistency of process parameters through engineering studies.
• Provide engineering solutions for process efficiency, automation, and line design.

Job Requirements :

Review and improvise current testing method & quality control system for incoming, in process & finished product.

Develop additional quality testing method and system for incoming, in process & finished product to prevent the production of defective glove. (for Chemical, Chemistry & other related background ONLY)

To assist in providing technical knowledge and study machineries design and do some re-engineering project. (for Mechanical & Engineering background ONLY)

Carry out data analysis, trouble shooting, and propose new improvement project to lower production cost.

Improve consistency of process parameter through engineering studies.

Provide engineering solutions for improvement in process efficiency, process automation, and line design.

Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.

Job Requirements :
