The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electromechanical systems, troubleshooting, maintenance and process improvement, with the ability to work independently.

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Electromechanical to support our assembly operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in electromechanical systems, troubleshooting, maintenance and process improvement, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Support and manage electromechanical assembly processes to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electromechanical equipment, components and devices.
Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, adjustment and maintenance of electromechanical items.
Read, understand and interpret electromechanical diagrams, schematics and technical drawings.
Identify root causes of equipment and process‑related issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Provide technical support to production and assembly activities.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, ensuring critical parts are available when required.
Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate replenishment to avoid production downtime.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve process efficiency, quality and equipment reliability.
Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
3–5 years of relevant working experience in electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, engineering or maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, components and devices.
Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment.
Able to read and interpret electrical and electromechanical diagrams/schematics.
Strong practical and hands‑on technical skills.
Good knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance.
Good spare parts management skills.
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
