The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electromechanical systems, troubleshooting, maintenance and process improvement, with the ability to work independently.

The role focuses on supporting electromechanical assembly processes, diagnosing equipment issues, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvements to production efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and components.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and electromechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Support electromechanical assembly processes for efficient production.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electromechanical equipment and devices.
• Perform hands-on repair, adjustment and maintenance of electromechanical items.
• Read and interpret electrical and electromechanical diagrams.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to production activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and replenishment.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance quality and reliability.
