Job summary

TDK Electronics in Malaysia invites a seasoned Process Engineer to lead automation improvements on our electronics manufacturing line. You will install advanced processes, collaborate with vendors, and push for higher capacity and efficiency while ensuring safety and health compliance.

You will prepare user requirements, diagnose issues with test equipment such as an oscilloscope, and hand over fully validated processes to production.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing/electronics maintenance experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with testing equipment.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and PM.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and resourceful individual with good interpersonal skills.
