Qualifications

• Develop, setup and operate DA or wire bond (Cu/Au) wire process.
• Establish new machine recipe with suitable machine and process parameters.
• Work on machine modifications/tools/jigs fabrication for yield improvement or robustness.
• Coordinate engineering/DOE evaluations and follow up until closure.
• Document operating procedures, ROHS, FMEA, control plans, etc.
• Provide training to engineers, technicians, operators, and trainers.
• Recommend materials and process flows for new product introduction.
• Solve process issues using correct analysis tools.
