Job summary

Konica Minolta Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and deliver outstanding pre- and post-sales support from our Petaling Jaya office in Malaysia.

You will handle the full sales cycle, perform product demonstrations, tailor solutions, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve targets while traveling within state as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
• 3 years of sales experience preferred; related industry experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase benefits and capabilities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and collection.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
