Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT, digital workflow and document management solutions.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations and sales documentation.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
