Job summary

Blue Solutions Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Junior Executive to promote Konica Minolta and Fujifilm digital systems, identify new opportunities, and drive sales initiatives in government, corporate and SME sectors.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office skills, and a customer-focused, results-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and travel locally. Office-based in Petaling Jaya / Ara Damansara.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS or related sales field.
• At least 1 year sales experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to learn presentation, selling, negotiation and demonstration skills.
• Customer-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Result-driven with goal to earn high income.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Own transport (car) and able to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote KONICA MINOLTA & FUJIFILM Dig. Multifunction Systems for gov't, corporate and SME.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to hit targets and expand market presence.
• Strengthen sales pipeline by fostering strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and after-sales support.
• Organize sales visits to demonstrate and present products effectively.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients and expand the client base.
• Contribute toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
