Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Pricing & Solutions Professional to support finished vehicle logistics. You will analyze RFQs/RFIs, develop competitive pricing, and manage end-to-end logistics solutions across international operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and timely tender submissions are essential for success.

The role requires a degree in a logistics-related field and 2–3 years of freight/tender experience, with strong Excel skills and stakeholder management across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
• 2–3 years of international freight forwarding, ocean carrier, or tender management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and cost modelling.
• Experience with quotations, tenders, and commercial bidding is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer RFQs/RFIs to develop competitive pricing and end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Prepare cost analyses, profitability simulations, and pricing strategies for proposals.
• Manage tender submissions with accurate, competitive quotations meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Procurement, and Product teams to create winning solutions.
• Provide market intelligence and pricing recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure feasibility and operational excellence.
• Monitor tender performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
