Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support IT and SG&A with advanced analytics, planning, and data visualization. You will partner with IT leaders and corporate teams, driving automated reporting and insightful dashboards.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication to influence leadership. English fluency and international exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or SG&A analysis.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to CEVA’s IT, SG&A, HR, Legal, and corporate support functions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast).
• Build and improve financial models for cost scenarios, headcount, and IT spending cycles.
• Develop automated Power BI dashboards and standardized monthly reporting packs.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across Excel, OneStream, and BI tools.
• Partner with CEVA HQ controlling teams and senior leaders to drive cost optimization and performance improvements.
