Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Solutions Design Professional to join the Solutions Design team.

You will collaborate with Business Development, customers, Operations and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop practical, innovative logistics solutions. You will support the Contract Logistics sales process from concept to tender presentation, including costing models and technical proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
Master's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
2–5 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Strong knowledge of warehousing and transportation.
Experience in consulting, business development, or project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop solutions for new projects with Business Development.
Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions.
Work with Procurement, IT, Real Estate & Facilities, HRD, QHSE, QMS and Operations to plan resources.
Develop resource planning, warehouse space utilisation, and operational analysis.
Prepare costing models and pricing structures.
Present proposed technical solutions during tender meetings.
Collaborate with customers, Business Development, Operations, Finance, IT, suppliers, and regional teams.
