Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Malaysia seeks a Contract Logistics Solution Design Professional to lead tender design for key projects and translate customer needs into implementable plans.

The role involves coordinating across Procurement, IT, Real Estate & Facility, HRD, QHSE, QMS, and Operations to verify required resources, build costing models, and present technical solutions such as warehouse layouts and material flow during tender meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development to determine the solutions to propose to the new project or bidding
• Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions
• Coordinate with other departments (Procurements, Information Technology, Real Estate & Facility, HRD, QHSE, QMS, Operations) to reconfirm the required resources to deploy
• Construct the resource planning, space utilization, and operational analysis based on the data provided in the bidding documents
• Generate the costing model, according to new project requirements, and propose the optimum pricing model and rate structure
• Assessing all the possible and practical innovations for the specific proposal. Ensure it is feasible technically and financially
• Preparing technical solutions for the specific project (i.e. engineering drawing, warehouse layout, process and material flow, etc)
• Present the technical solution during tender selection meeting
