Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Pricing & Solution Design Manager – Ground & Rail to lead pricing and solution design across Singapore and Malaysia. You will collaborate with Business Development, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop competitive Ground & Rail solutions, improve win rates, and deliver high-quality responses to customer RFQs, RFIs, and tenders.

The role combines commercial acumen, pricing expertise, analytical capability, and solution design

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Master's Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end solution design process for Ground & Rail services, including costing and final sign-off.
Develop cost models and pricing proposals for customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Business Development to craft competitive solutions for tenders and RFQs.
Guide the solution process by translating customer requirements into prices and proposals.
Work with Procurement to ensure robust pricing for new opportunities and contract renewals.
Respond to RFIs, RFQs, tenders within required timelines.
Analyse contract profitability and develop action plans for underperforming contracts.
Improve revenue protection with strategies like rate increases and accessorial charges.
Build models and analyze data to support fact-based commercial decisions.
Monitor pricing performance against targets and budgets.
Support adoption of global pricing tools and best practices.
