Hartamas Real Estate Group in Malaysia is seeking a Building Manager for a prestige property based in Cyberjaya. You will work closely with the Developer/Management Committee/Owner and sub-committees to upgrade and maintain the building’s image and brand.

You will monitor day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to company policies, attend to owners’ and occupants’ inquiries and complaints professionally, and lead all management and maintenance staff.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with the Developer/Management Committee/Owner of the assigned building and sub-committees to upgrade and maintain the building’s image and brand as a prestige property.
• Monitor the day-to-day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Company.
• Attend to owners' and occupants' complaints, liaise with authorities and utility companies, and respond professionally within the agreed timelines.
• Oversee and lead all management and maintenance staff employed in the building.
