Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Property Manager with BOVAEA.
• Preference for 4–5 years’ building manager experience or equivalent.
• Candidates with 5+ years’ experience without tertiary education are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong and proactive problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and M&E to ensure optimal condition.
• Attend to inquiries/complaints from occupants regarding management and maintenance.
• Ensure facilities, assets and equipment are maintained to best practice standards.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and key financial notes.
• Prepare budget estimates for operating expenditure and projected cash/annual income and expenditure budget.
• Manage service agreements and obtain quotations for repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise with local authorities, insurers, service contractors, and client representatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly maintenance reports.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by Management.
