Job summary

Netpoleon Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer (Presales) to transform customer needs into security solutions. You will present, demo, and run POCs for partner and end-user projects, while collaborating with product managers and channel account managers.

You should have a IT/CS degree, 2–5 years in IT networking and cybersecurity, and a solid grasp of security infrastructure. Priority will be given to candidates with hands-on experience with Rapid7, Recorded Future, or similar brands.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent.
• 2–5 years hands-on IT networking and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales support including presentations and product demonstrations.
• Lead POC development and delivery for partner and end-user projects.
• Prepare proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate training and enablement for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with product managers and channel managers to close opportunities.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on activities.
