NS Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled PreSales Manager to support its enterprise IT solutions business in Malaysia. You will design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions across data centre, cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity environments.

The role involves close collaboration with sales, delivering demonstrations and proposals, and engaging with technology vendors to tailor best-fit solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PreSales / Solutions Engineer / Technical Sales role within the ICT industry.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design IT infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical consultancy and solution architecture for enterprise clients, covering data centre, virtualization, cloud, and DR solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
• Engage with vendors and principals to ensure best-fit solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovative solutioning.

We are looking for a skilled PreSales Manager to support our enterprise IT solutions business at NSD, a leading infrastructure solutions provider in Malaysia. This role is critical in delivering end-to-end technical solutions across data centre infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity environments.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design suitable IT infrastructure solutions
• Provide technical consultancy and solution architecture for enterprise clients, including data centre, virtualization, cloud, and disaster recovery solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals
• Engage with vendors and principals to ensure best-fit solutions for clients
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovative solutioning

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a PreSales / Solutions Engineer / Technical Sales role within the ICT industry

Strong technical knowledge in one or more areas

• Enterprise Servers (Dell, HPE and Lenovo),
• Enterprise Storage and Backup Solutions,
• Network Infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, H3C),
• Virtualization and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI),
• Cybersecurity and Firewall Solutions,
• Microsoft Azure and Cloud Infrastructure,
• Data Centre Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
