Job summary

Yeon seeks a dedicated kitchen team member to prepare fresh ingredients daily, cook dishes per recipes, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation. You will manage your station efficiently during peak hours to ensure fast service and uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients daily (chopping, washing, portioning, prepping sauces).
• Cook and present dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Manage station efficiently during high-volume periods to keep tickets fast.
• Maintain station cleanliness and sanitize work area.
• Assist in deep cleaning and proper disposal of waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages; rotate ingredients FIFO to minimize waste.
