KyoChon Sdn. Bhd is looking for a motivated kitchen team member in Kuala Lumpur to join our fast-paced restaurant. You will prepare food and beverages according to our recipes and standards, while guiding and training junior kitchen staff to maintain quality and safety.

In this role you will monitor inventory, manage stock, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen. You may assist in scheduling and daily operations, supporting the outlet manager as needed to deliver excellent

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Train kitchen team on prep, handling, and safety.
• Monitor inventory and control stock to minimize waste.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist in team scheduling and daily operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards.
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required.
