Qualifications

• Perform daily tasks of the assigned station.
• Responsible for the food preparation of the assigned station.
• Responsible for Mise En Plus of the assigned station.
• Responsible for keeping the working area in clean and tidy condition.
• Report stock level and problem to Head Chef.
• Take up any ad hoc task as assigned by Head Chef.
