You will join a fast-paced, friendly environment that values teamwork and growth. Responsibilities include preparing food per recipes, training teammates on prep and safety, monitoring stock and waste, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and assisting the kitchen manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
• Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
