OUTRIGHT COFFEE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia, Sarawak, Sibu, is seeking a friendly Kitchen Assistant. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive professional training to help them perform daily kitchen tasks.

You will assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure high sanitation and safety standards, keep the cooking area clean and hygienic, help with food preparation, pack take-out orders, and store ingredients according to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen area.
• Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
• Keep the cooking area and equipment clean & hygienic.
• Guarantees that food storage at station is tidy and well maintained.
• Assist in food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping and cutting).
• Packing take-out orders as needed.
• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
