Job summary

JLL is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador based in Malaysia to host visitors, manage lobby reception, and coordinate meeting room bookings. You will deliver a professional, discreet, and welcoming experience, meeting client expectations while supporting F&B service when required.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hospitality front-of-house or corporate reception, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in hospitality front-of-house / corporate reception or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-first service in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Host the main reception area and energise the space with a welcoming presence.
• Provide warm, courteous service and assist visitors with questions and building access.
• Coordinate room bookings and liaise with hosts to guide guests to meeting rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and visitor areas; report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with security, workspace teams and hospitality services to ensure a seamless experience.
