Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create an exceptional experience to staff, TVCs, their guests and vendors who are their business partners.
• Maintain cleanliness, comfort, safety, and overall appearance of the assigned area to the highest standards.
• Offer assistance to all staff at this site; going above and beyond is standard.
• Manage facilities & building operations, space planning, event management and other related duties.
• Coordinate deliveries and be aware of important meetings and events.
• Be punctual, dependable and professional; handle conflicts calmly.
• Provide end-to-end service with responsibility and accountability.
• Support meeting room services and mobile concierge duties as required.
• Filing and data management.
• Community events support including coordination and vendor relationships.
