Job summary

JLL in Malaysia is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to support room bookings, event arrangements, and VIP visits across Singapore sites from a Malaysia-based team. You will coordinate with Singapore reception staff, manage multiple meeting rooms per floor, and ensure seamless experiences for HSBC personnel, customers, and guests.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to handle high-profile events while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality reservations, hotel front desk, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in local language and English.
• Able to coordinate across multiple sites and handle VIP bookings.
• Proactive and service-driven with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote support for Singapore reception areas and room bookings.
• Manage visitor bookings and VIP arrangements with on-site teams.
• Communicate with Singapore clients and hosts to ensure seamless experiences.
• Monitor booking systems and resolve conflicts or double bookings.
• Maintain SOPs for reservation processes and Malaysia-Singapore coordination.
