JLL in Malaysia is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador – Reservations Coordinator to coordinate remote support for Singapore sites and manage room bookings, VIP arrangements, and events across multiple buildings. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will work with Singapore teams to ensure seamless reservation processes.

Competenze

• 2+ years in hospitality reservations or front desk roles.
• Multilingual skills (Cantonese, Mandarin) are a plus.
• Excellent English and local language communication.

• Coordinate remote support for Singapore reception areas and room bookings.
• Process visitor booking requests with service excellence.
• Provide information support and act as Malaysia-based liaison between Singapore clients and hosts.
• Monitor booking systems and address scheduling conflicts.
