Job summary

JLL in Malaysia (Johor Bahru) is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to host visitors, manage the lobby and reception areas, and support meetings across floors. This role requires standing, walking and delivering a discreet, professional welcome to HSBC personnel, clients and guests.

You will coordinate room bookings, answer inquiries, and work with security, workspace experience and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless, high‑quality visitor experience while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in hospitality front of house / corporate environment.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Empathy, attentiveness and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Host the main reception area and energise the space with a welcoming presence.
• Greet visitors, verify access and guide them to meeting rooms.
• Provide local information and act as a concierge between clients and hosts.
• Coordinate room bookings and ensure spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or email with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with security, workspace experience and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless visit.
