Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for precision plastics/CNC to oversee daily QC on manufacturing lines. You will review inspections, manage non-conformances, and ensure conformity to drawings and specs.

You will lead a small QC team, apply 8D/5 Why tools, and support ISO quality procedures while driving process improvements with Production and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality control/assurance experience in high-precision manufacturing.
• Experience with precision plastic manufacturing, CNC, welding or semiconductor components.
• Ability to read CAD files and GD&T with inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC operations across manufacturing lines and ensure inspections meet specs.
• Review inspection results and manage non-conforming materials to reduce defects.
• Lead RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA for quality issues.
• Maintain quality documentation and support ISO quality management system.
• Coach and allocate tasks to a small QC inspector team on the floor.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering on process improvements.
