3E Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Senior QA/QC Executive to manage daily quality operations, lead the QC team, and drive compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485. You will oversee incoming, in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components, interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, and maintain calibration of measuring equipment.

• Relevant QA/QC experience in precision machining or manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily QA/QC activities to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment including CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and FAI reports.
• Investigate quality issues and implement CAPA.
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve product quality.
• Lead, supervise and train QC inspectors and monitor performance.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
• Plan and conduct ISO 9001 & 13485 internal audits and support external audits.
• Maintain ISO 9001 & 13485 documentation and procedures.
• Follow up audit findings and CAPA to ensure closure.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and rework.
