Qualifications

• Hands-on quality inspector experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Proficient with manual and digital measuring instruments.
• Strong background in CMM operation and programming.
• Verisurф software familiarity is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges and height gauges.
• Program and operate CMM equipment for detailed inspections.
• Develop and refine inspection routines using Verisurf software.
• Review blueprints and engineering drawings to confirm part requirements.
• Record and report inspection results and nonconformances.
• Mentor and train junior inspectors to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality issues.
