Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a detail-oriented order processing professional to triage emails, process orders, and manage billing steps across multiple channels. You will resolve discrepancies, implement preventive actions, and coordinate with teams to meet KPI targets.

The role requires fluency in English and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Flexibility to work across global time zones and a customer-focused approach are essential for success at METTLER TOLEDO.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
• Good team player with ability to work cross-culture and function.
• Flexible to work in different global time zones for meetings and calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform Email Triage for enquiries, orders and complaints across channels.
• Acknowledge and enter sales orders and complaints promptly and accurately.
• Execute and manage order processing transactions in a timely manner.
• Create billing plans and downpayments during order entry.
• Identify, investigate and resolve order/data discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence where appropriate.
• Review documentation and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Schedule work to meet set timeframes and KPI targets.
