Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO, a global leader in precision instruments, seeks a detail‑oriented specialist to process service contracts, orders and invoicing in SAP CRM. You will identify and resolve order discrepancies with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and billing accuracy across global operations.

The role requires fluency in English and Korean, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across cultures and functions to uphold service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related degree.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Able to work cross-culturally and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of service contracts, orders, and invoicing in SAP CRM.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve errors related to released orders with cross‑functional teams to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor billing of services and credit blocks to ensure on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Manage billing plans and ensure invoices and proforma invoices are closed within set timelines.
